Developing Student Resilience and Regulation through Mindfulness

workshop overview

Even before the pandemic students were struggling with stress, mental health and performance. But we have solutions in the form of mindfulness based self-regulation practices that build mental and emotional resilience and motivation, while building new brain cells for focus and emotional intelligence.

This fun interactive course will introduce the basic physiology and neuroscience of resilience and self-regulation for all ages, along with dozens of exercises that you can readily implement into your school community.

This workshop is delivered by Dr. Christopher Willard, a practicing psychotherapist, lecturer, and faculty member at Harvard Medical School.
