Dynamic teaching and learning

workshop overview

How can we use the latest ideas from research to create powerful teaching and learning? How can we keep professionally evolving as teachers so that we feel inspired in our practice?

According to a study by Cambridge University (2019), the main reason teachers stay in the classroom is because they feel professionally competent, therefore it is important that CPD helps teachers to continue to develop their repertoire of pedagogical approaches.

Using research to inform practice is a fantastic way to support the cultivation of this expertise. This session will explore how we can use research to help us to better understand our students and to enable us to design consistently outstanding lessons.

Designed by a specialist in delivering postgraduate education studies, this training puts the teacher at the heart of driving forward excellence in teaching and learning practice.
