n this workshop, we will explore the physiology of stress and burnout, and offer simple neuroscience-based mindfulness for you and your colleagues to refresh and recharge with newfound inspiration and enthusiasm for your work. The goal is to come through stress stronger as an individual and as a community.

This workshop is delivered by Dr. Christopher Willard, a practicing psychotherapist, lecturer, and faculty member at Harvard Medical School.
